Why: I've been wanting a rain style shower head. This one has a cool feature that would be perfect for Oscar (aka water waster). You put the water on and once it warms up to a certain temperature, it goes to a drizzle. So, you waste less water. when you are ready for your shower you restore it to full speed again. :)
