Why: We actually really need a home phone. A line comes with our internet service and when we first moved in we bought a cheap phone. There was so much fuzz noise we've stopped using it.
As we continue to hear about how cell phones cause brain tumors, we desire more and more to get a home phone. Also, when there are fires here in CA, we would love to get the reverse 911 calls and it makes me a little sick to think we don't.
There are a lot of good reasons for us to get a phone, we just have to do it. It looks like it has a lot of functions and is a MUCH better quality phone than we would get. I really hope we get it!
